STA create a new Badge Tracker for young swimmers
In response to members' requests, the STA has designed and created a new Badge Tracker to help children and young swimmers, as well as parents and swimming teachers, monitor progress through the STA Learn to Swim programme. The Badge Tracker also enables students to see which levels are next in the Series, and the additional courses that are available.
The pocket-sized leaflet folds out and displays the First Steps Series, ISWSS Levels 1-4, Advanced Series, Distance Series, Beaver Series, Kingfisher Series, Seal Series and Otter Series. In addition there is a section on water safety, and information on the STA's Learn to Swim Club.
Badge Tracker will also help facilitate the administration of STA badges - space has been left next to each badge for the swimming teacher to sign and confirm when the badge was completed.
The Badge Trackers are available exclusively from the STA, and are priced at just £1.20 each, or £80 for 100 (80p each); plus postage and packing.
