STA is an independent swimming teaching, lifesaving and leisure management organisation and is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager.
The successful applicant will report to STA’s Operations Director and be responsible for ensuring all processes related to compliance are consistent with the requirements of the relevant regulatory body and are regularly monitored and reviewed.
It is essential for applicants to be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, have experience of risk management and the processes involved, and experience of working with or in an awarding organisation. A Level 4 Certificate in Leading the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices qualification or equivalent is also desirable.
The successful candidate must have good IT skills and excellent administrative and organisational abilities with close attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are also required, as well as time management skills and the ability to work on their own initiative and as a part of team. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence.
