Safety Training Awards, the awarding organisation of STA, an educational charity with the objective of The preservation of human life by the teaching of swimming, lifesaving and survival techniques are looking for two full time administrators with excellent customer service skills to join our Centre Management team.
Part of a small team based in Walsall, you will be responsible for liaising with our approved training centres and learners, answering queries, processing results and other general administrative tasks. You will be the dedicated point of contact for approved training centres allocated to you.
You must possess an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills, be able to prioritise your workload, work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with good IT skills, the ability to work in a team and individually, attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Customer service, account management and awarding organisation experience would be an advantage.
