General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment or dispatch the item once it becomes available. If placing your order via the STA Swim-Shop, you will be advised accordingly if the item is currently not in stock.
Delivery Location
Orders placed via the STA Swim-Shop are only available for delivery to the UK mainland. Please contact STA if you wish to place an order for delivery overseas.
Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered using either Royal Mail or DPD courier, depending on size of the package. Packages are usually delivered the next working day, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. A business day is Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Orders placed after midday (on a business day) will be dispatched the following business day.
We do offer Saturday delivery at special request. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Costs
For orders to UK mainlands, delivery costs are based on the net goods order value:
- Up to £49.99: £5.00 delivery charge
- £50.00 – £150.00: £7.50 delivery charge
- Over £150.00: £10.00 delivery charge
Please contact us if you require Saturday delivery.
To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your basket, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges will be displayed.
Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas of the UK or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Damaged Items in Transport
