Robbie has over 50 years’ experience in the leisure industry and is a leading UK expert in pool plant operations and water safety. He developed the Pool Plant Operations Manual and has served as an STA Trustee, ISRM Regional President for Wales, keynote speaker, and contributor to STA technical guidance.

Lynn Phillips & Duarte Tito

Lynn is the national sales manager for sterling hydrotech responsible for refurbishment and new build schemes and have been in the leisure industry for over 20 years with the company.
Duarte is co-founder and technical Director of Pwlltec and has been involved in the development of electrochemical technology for water treatment for 20 years. His work covers fundamental research projects to design and deployment of commercial-scale system across a range of applications.

Jimmy Lamb

A qualified engineer, Jimmy began his career at BioLab UK in 1999, following in his father John’s footsteps. He later became Bayrol Product Manager and Commercial Manager at Pollet Pool Group UK, and is a Fellow and past President of ISPE. Since May 2023, Jimmy has been with Dryden Aqua Ltd, bringing expertise in both biological and physio-chemical water treatment.
