Celebrating 40 Years of Dedication: Rani Marks An Incredible Milestone With STA

Everyone at STA is proud to celebrate an extraordinary milestone as Rani Grewal marks 40 years of dedicated service – a truly exceptional achievement and one believed to be among the longest tenures of any employee in STA’s history.

Some may remember Rani from our First Aid manuals

Having joined STA in 1986, Rani has been a constant and valued presence within the organisation, playing a vital role in the despatch department and overseeing the distribution of STA awards for four decades.

Throughout her time with STA, Rani has helped ensure that millions of swimmers receive their learn to swim certificates and badges – recognising their progress and achievements in the water. Her attention to detail, consistency and commitment have made her an integral part of STA’s operations and a trusted colleague to many.

Dave Candler, CEO of STA, said: “Reaching 40 years of service is a truly remarkable achievement and a testament to Rani’s loyalty, professionalism and contribution to STA. She has been a hugely important part of the organisation for decades, and her dedication and care in her role have supported swim schools in celebrating the achievements of millions of swimmers as they progress through their learn to swim journey.

On behalf of everyone at STA, I would like to say a sincere thank you to Rani for her commitment and contribution over the past 40 years.”

To mark the occasion, colleagues came together to celebrate this special anniversary and recognise the impact Rani has made over the years.
