STA Conference 2026 Returns – Tickets Now On Sale
Tickets for the STA Conference 2026 are now officially on sale – grab yours today!
Taking place on 13th-14th November 2026 at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel, the two-day event will bring together swimming teachers, tutors, operators and aquatic professionals from across the sector for a packed programme of learning, collaboration and networking.
The conference will feature expert speakers, panel discussions and practical insights designed to support the continued development of the aquatic workforce. Delegates will also have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and partners from across the industry, share experiences and explore the latest developments shaping the sector.
The weekend will conclude with the STA Aquatic Excellence Awards Evening, celebrating and recognising the achievements of individuals, swim schools, leisure operators and organisations across the aquatic community.
For those specifically interested in pool plant and technical sessions, these will take place on the Friday programme, allowing delegates focused on plant operations and technical management to attend the most relevant day.

To celebrate the launch of ticket sales, STA is introducing a special Early Bird incentive this year.
The first 150 delegates to purchase a two-day conference bundle ticket will receive a FREE mystery gift worth £175.
The offer will end once the first 150 gifts have been claimed, or on 1 May 2026, whichever comes first, so early booking is strongly encouraged.
Early Bird Mystery Gift Offer – Terms & Conditions
- The Early Offer is available to the first 150 delegates who purchase a 2-day STA Conference ticket, (either the 2-Day Conference Bundle or the 2-Day Conference Bundle + Awards Evening, at member or non-member rates).
- One Mystery Gift per qualifying booking.
- The Mystery Gift is provided in place of any Early Bird ticket discount. No alternative discount, exchange or cash equivalent will be offered.
- The Mystery Gift will be available for collection at the STA Conference registration desk on Friday 13th November 2026 at the Cheltenham Chase Hotel. They cannot be posted before or after the conference.
- Delegates must attend the conference to collect their Mystery Gift.
- If a qualifying booking is cancelled by the delegate, the Mystery Gift entitlement will also be cancelled and may be reallocated to another booking.
- The Mystery Gift offer is non-transferable.
- The offer will end once the first 150 qualifying bookings have been reached, or on the advertised Early Bird closing date, whichever comes first.
- STA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer if necessary.

Terms and Conditions
Please note: Entry to the STA Aquatic Excellence Awards on the Friday evening is only included with the 2-day bundle + awards ticket. Single-day tickets and standard 2-day bundle tickets do not include access. An awards ticket must be purchased separately.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- 100% refund if cancelled 56 days or more before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled between 29 and 55 days before the event
- No refund if cancelled 28 days or fewer before the event
