Depending on the qualifications you hold, there are two ways to get started teaching the Junior Lifeguard Academy Programme. A wide range of resources are available to successful Junior Lifeguard Instructors, including:

- Programme tick sheets
- Programme-specific resources and guidance, including:
- Sample lesson plans
- Game ideas
- Skill-specific videos
Attend a CPD Seminar
Depending on your pre-requisite qualifications, successful completion of the Junior Lifeguard Instructor CPD will qualify you to become a Junior Lifeguard Instructor or Assistant Instructor. The CPD also covers the skills required to teach the Junior Medic Series.
