STA Freezes Prices for a Third Year

For a third year in a row, STA can confirm that there will be no price increases on membership, course fees or certificate and badge sales in 2018.

Dave Candler, STA CEO said:

The team at STA is committed to providing continued value for money and the decision to freeze prices for a third year, thanks to minimal inflation costs over the last 12 months, means we can continue to make our services and products as accessible as possible in 2018.

As a not-for-profit charity with the aim of saving lives through the teaching of swimming and lifesaving, our rationale is the more we can do to pass on cost savings and keep prices to a minimum, the more our members and customers can do in support of our charitable objectives.

Together, by delivering the highest standards of training at serviceable prices, we can provide new learning pathways, create more teaching opportunities and in turn, give even more people the chance to learn how to swim and be water safe.

Information on prices for STA’s aquatics, lifesaving, first aid and pool plant courses can be found on our course price list, whilst membership will remain priced at £42.00 per annum when paid by Direct Debit, or £47.00 when paid by credit/debit card.

International Learn to Swim Programme awards (including a badge and certificate) will remain priced at £1.60 each, with Junior Lifeguard Academy awards remaining priced at £1.00.
