You’re Invited to STA’s Conference
After a two-year hiatus, STA’s annual conference is back and will take place on Friday 28th October (Pool Plant) and Saturday 29th October (Aquatics and Lifesaving) at the Leicester Marriott Hotel.
Swim schools, swimming teachers, open water coaches, pool operators, and tutors, STA’s event of the year is back, and it will provide an amazing opportunity for all of us to meet up again face-to-face after a long two years away. Plus, you will get to hear from the array of leading experts we have lined up – and leading the line-up on Saturday will be the award-winning international swim coach, Wayne Goldsmith, who will be flying in from Australia, especially for the conference.
For the Saturday, we are also planning a multitude of learned content across several aquatic strands covering swimming, open water swimming, lifesaving, first aid and marketing / business, which will allow you to expand your knowledge and learn about new and informative subjects.
Friday 28th October will be the day for pool plant and this year we have a top line up of expert speakers to be announced very soon covering some topical issues including energy efficiency and decarbonisation, chemical dosing, water testing, chemical safety, and training.

With this also being STA’s 90th anniversary, you are all invited to an evening of entertainment on Friday evening where you’ll be able to network and dance the night away!
